DEFINITIONS

This might be your e-mail address(es), name, billing address, home address, work address etc – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you a product/service or to enhance your customer experience with us. Information automatically collected about you

Personal Data about you is in some cases provided to trusted services in order to either make providing the service to you possible or to enhance your customer experience. Some or all the data that you provide us will be passed to and/or managed with the following services:

  • TsoHost – For website hosting, email hosting and storing website backups
  • Google (Gmail) – For internal and external email communication, which may include Personal Data relating to order information and order inquires
  • MailerLite – For processing and management of email communications and newsletters
  • PayPal – For processing payments for our web shop
  • Stripe – For processing Credit Card payments, ApplePay, and Android Pay for our web shop
  • UpdraftPlus – For handing data for website backups
  • Royal Mail – For processing parcels and customs information.

Our website uses the WordPress platform to supply and manage web content and used in conjunction with WooCommerce to deliver and manage the shopping experience from our web host’s servers in the United States. It will be necessary to have some or all of your Personal Data securely processed for our business needs through the above listed companies’ respective servers. This is achieved through the use of plug-ins created and managed by those companies specifically for the WordPress and WooCommerce platforms. We also utilise other third party plug-ins for WordPress and WooCommerce that manage your Personal Data from within our WordPress database on our web host’s servers. A list of these plug-ins can be made available upon request.

We only work with Processing partners who are able to ensure adequate level of protection to your Personal Data. We disclose your Personal Data to third parties or public officials when we are legally obliged to do so. We might disclose your Personal Data to third parties if you have consented to it or if there are other legal grounds for it.

At our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. This may take the form of, but not limited to, social media share buttons and links, or links to websites of stockists and shops. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe.  We use safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS). We monitor our systems for possible malware, vulnerabilities and attacks.

Even though we try our best we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

If you have an account with us, note that you have to keep your username and password secret.

CHILDREN

We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from children. We do not target children with our services.
